Staying In Character

Stay in character at all times.

Use local text only when absolutely necessary.

Work things out IC whenever possible.

Always prioritize RP over winning, gear, or technical rule interpretation.

Character Realism

Your character should have a defined specialty.

Avoid making a “jack of all trades” character.

For example, if your character is a mechanic, they should not also act as a world-class surgeon.

Characters should act realistically for the setting. You are in the apocalypse; do not act like Rambo.

Medical and Injury Roleplay

You must realistically roleplay injuries received by your character.

Being bandaged, revived, or treated through an in-game mechanic does not mean your character has immediately recovered.

For example, if your character is shot in the leg, you may not immediately begin sprinting, jumping, or running around as though nothing happened.

The severity and duration of the injury roleplay should reasonably match what happened to your character. Ignoring serious injuries may be considered FailRP.

Character Age

All characters must be 18 years of age or older unless Admins grant approval.

Restricted RP Content

ERP is not permitted. Keep explicit content off the server.

Do not bring religious extremism into roleplay.

Handle sensitive subjects carefully and respectfully.

Some topics may not be roleplayed. Ask staff first if you are unsure.

Suicide RP

Suicide RP is not permitted.

Do not roleplay self-harm or suicide on the server.

This includes using suicide mechanics in front of other players as part of RP.

If this becomes a recurring issue, it may result in a ban at staff discretion.

AFK During RP

Do not say phrases such as “I’m going in my head” when going AFK.

If you need to go AFK, say something IC-appropriate, such as “I need to have a deep sleep,” then leave the scene.

Go to a safe building or safe area before logging out.

If you have a real-life emergency, send a quick OOC message if possible, leave the scene, and log out from a safe location.

Open a ticket afterward if the AFK or logout affected an active RP scene.
