AFTER THE FALL // INDIVIDUAL RULE ENTRY
Raiding Rules
This is an individual rule page from the official After The Fall RP rules archive for players researching the server and its DayZ roleplay standards.
Raid Approval & Recording
Open a ticket for any hard raid.
Record any soft raid.
Bases with a raised flag may be raided only with admin approval through a ticket.
There must be sufficient RP escalation to justify a raid.
Raiding will not be approved for the sole purpose of stealing loot.
Insider and Undercover RP
Joining, infiltrating, or working undercover inside another group is only permitted for the purpose of gathering valid IC information.
Insider or undercover RP may not be used primarily to steal gear, empty storage, expose codes, sabotage the base, or provide easy raid access.
There must be a valid IC reason for the infiltration.
A ticket must be opened before the infiltration begins. The ticket must explain the IC reasoning, the intended objective, and the people involved.
You may not proceed until staff approval has been granted.
Actions taken outside the approved scope may be treated as metagaming, griefing, FailRP, or rule abuse.
Raid Entry Rules
Do not use vehicles or other methods to climb over walls to enter a base.
Open bases or vehicles not protected by flags are free game if you can access them without breaking walls.
Do not boost or use items to climb over objects, except for 1 stepladder during hard raids.
Do not stack items, use unrealistic objects, or reach through walls or windows to gain entry.
Flags During Raids
Stealing another group’s flag requires a valid IC reason.
Any theft of a flag must be recorded.
You may not lower, remove, or steal another group’s flag simply because you have access to it. Flag theft must happen as part of valid RP or a staff-approved raid.
Raid Loot Rules
Despawning loot during raids is not permitted. This applies to both raiders and base owners.
During a raid, you and your group may take what you can carry on your person.
If you have a vehicle, you may also fill one vehicle during the raid.
Once you or your group successfully enter the base, you or your group may not revisit that base until 24 hours have passed.
Raid Cooldowns & Grace Periods
After a successful raid, the raided base receives a 1-week grace period.
After a failed raid, the raided base receives a 2-day grace period.
Regardless of success or failure, the same group may not raid the same base again for 1 week.
Defending Bases
Anyone inside their own enclosed base is allowed to defend themselves.
If you are inside someone’s enclosed base without permission, they have the right to shoot you on sight.
As the raider, you must still initiate on them.
