Old Town Speaks

It is now April 27th 2024, despite being nearly not working, the TV springs to life again. Standing in the video is Ace and Sky, settlers of Old Town. They look confident but battered by conflict “We are Old Town. It is time everyone knows the truth. STAG may have had good intentions at first, but it didn’t take long until their ‘Phase Two’ turned into complete authoritarian occupation. We were basically slaves to them, forced to toil away at the dirt to justify our existence. When Portland refused to bend their knee and peacefully protested, STAG had them slaughtered ruthlessly. When the plague showed its face to the noise caused by it all, STAG abandoned their own kind. When it came to Old Town, STAG’s presence was becoming more and more oppressive. It became obvious to us that peaceful protest won’t solve our problem. From March to today, we have been locked in a conflict for the future of this city. We won. Survivors across the isle, Old Town is still alive. You can resettle here. But we need help. Our walls are damaged, our streets are full of plagued, and our families are broken. Come, help us, secure this city and we will not only offer goods, but we can reverse the damage STAG did to this island.”
