Deer Isle Liberated

on July Sixteenth 2024, six months into the Plague. A radio message sprung to life across the loudspeakers of Deer Isle “Hello Residents and @Survivor . Just this past week, a massive battle occurred which enabled our forces to finally and thoroughly push the Legal Authority of Maine out of Deer Isle. Their blockade is finished, their occupation is dwindled, and their forces are scattered. This is only the beginning. For when we aim to create a life of peace in this isle, others will come to take it from us. Whether it be an independent settlement living in their own, or a city under the Unity’s banner. This Isle will always be a target. Never let your guard down, never let your strength down. Never let yourself down. You fought for your freedom, now we all work to make sure it isn’t ripped away again. There are still threats in the Isle, but the LAM is no longer one of them.
